1. TSSP & Land Trust

• Gaps throughout
  • Literacy
    • Supplemental libraries for classrooms?
    • Curriculum manipulatives to teach vocabulary, PA and Phonics?

  • Inclusion opportunities

 

2. Safety Plan
   1. Possibility of having available staff act as crossing guards at the crosswalks to meeting points
      1. Ask seminary if they can help
   2. Need to check on whether the emergency supply bins have been updated (Jana & Kelli are willing to help with this project)
      1. Come and walk around – check bins
   3. Staff continue to prop doors open with rocks – extremely unsafe
      1. Email McKay to come in a hoodie and stage an intruder
   4. Really like the alarms added to classroom exterior doors because it alerts staff if a student is quietly slipping out unnoticed
      1. Rachel is ordering more
   5. Badge Access for community spaces (10 doors)
