   1. Contacts with elementary principals
   2. Community Access
      1. secondary monthly
      2. elementary bi-monthly
   3. District Counseling Specialist is working with high schools for peer tutor availability
2. Pool Update
   1. up and running
   2. still working on the leak
3. Transition Rooms
   1. Studio Apt closet is locked – holds all supplies
   2. have a plan before you enter room
4. Emergency Bins
   1. Check-in on supplies & teacher bags
   2. purchase supplies each year – identify an evacuation where we eat the food
   3. Create class sets of snacks
