Jordan Valley Schools Dia de los Muertos Celebration

Dear Families!

We are celebrating Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), and we are creating an ofrenda in music class!

This project is a joyful way to celebrate our loved ones who have passed away. If you’d like your student to participate, please send a photo, drawing, note, or small memento representing your loved one.

Please do not send real food, fragile or irreplaceable items.

Please send your items by October 19th!

Families are invited to contribute items by **October 19th**, including labeled photographs of deceased loved ones or pets, drawings or notes, small mementos, artificial flowers, and non-perishable decorations. Please avoid sending real food, breakable items, or irreplaceable valuables. An ofrenda is a decorated display honoring deceased loved ones and celebrating their memories.
