    2. On 10/13/21, via email, Becca motioned to accept the deposit into Principal’s Discretionary Fund

  2. School-Wide Data
    1. See attached charts by grade level for Literacy Project
    2. Beginning of Year data
      1. Younger grades are blue/red which is the emerging area but this isn’t a surprise given the age
      2. As students get older, the data gets higher and we have some at target and advanced points in the high schoolers
    3.  Using this data to make decisions moving forward.
      1. Teachers are using this literacy project to guide goals they are writing for their students.

  1. School Safety Plan Update
    1. Waiting for a response on when they are coming back to fix the sidewalk.
    2. Jana’s class got a ceiling lift! Beautiful piece of engineering.
      1. Transfers are easier now for student and staff safety. Moves around the whole classroom.
    3. Sandy Journal wrote 2 articles
      1. State Fair experience
      2. Holiday Boutique advertisement
        1. Really excited to get recognition for both of these in the journal. Hoping to get more foot traffic to the boutique.
      3. Holiday Boutique is next Friday, 11/12 from 4-7pm at district office

Other Input/Questions

  • ipads have shipped!
  • Getting brand new generation 9 because they shipped so late.
  • Sent out a survey to parents: having playground open access outside of school hours. Only 4 responses
  • BLT is still working on next year’s TSSP and Land Trust funding idea.
    • Peer tutor program? Do we need to pay for this if we associate this with IEP goals?
    • Related service providers?
    • Still Brainstorming.
  • Natalie can make flyers to send home with info on “outdoor fun” playground activity.
