Data – still working on numbers to compare beginning and middle of year from Literacy Project
- 10th – 12th grades have seen large improvements
- Task boxes combined with communication have contributed
- We now have a more reliable measure that is giving better results
- Stacey to send email of data when complete
Land Trust & TSSP funds – $20-25k per year
Our prior purchases are being used successfully

Possibilities this year
- Items for movement
- OT/PT/Adaptive PE
- Scooters/trikes that all kids will use in the gym
- Adaptive equipment is expensive
- Rock wall – mat attaches to top ~$5k
- Gross & fine motor skills
- We have approx 96 kids
- 30-35 in PT
- Almost all in OT
Items to improve culture of our school
PBIS
- More prizes/stamp pads
- Works with fine motor
We are still spending money from TSSP
Stacey to have Related Service Providers submit wishlists of things they could use & costs so we can review at next meeting
Ashley & Jinger can adapt usage of items to individual students to benefit all
New facilities director – Matt Wolfard (Rick retired)
- He wants to be an advocate and a partner with us
- He will do some research re: the parking lot “Top 5” timeframe
Open Playground
- Fri March 25th & Sat March 26th
- Try out to see which times are best
- Possibly both days each month
