“the proceeds from this year’s auction and donations benefit CSD homeless students and provide mental health services for students in need”

They are unable to identify Jordan Valley as the fundraiser recipient as they normally do not allow other schools to use this auction portal as a fundraiser.

  • All proceeds on item numbers in the 300s will go directly to Jordan Valley.
  • If you wish to donate a specific amount not related to an auction item, that is an option on the website homepage. If you choose to donate funds, please email the principal at She doesn’t need to know the amount, just the fact that you donated so they can flag your donation for Jordan Valley.
  • Bidding will close on 12/17
  • Items need to be picked up on 12/18 from the district office located at 9150 S. 300 E. They will be in the Board Room.:

Virtual Learning Continues on Thursday for Students at Jordan Valley

Students at Jordan Valley will continue to engage in virtual learning throughout the week.

Parents were notified late Tuesday, Dec. 1 that in-person learning would be postponed while clean-up crews mopped up water from a broken water pipe. 

Teachers pivoted to online learning for Wednesday, Dec. 2 classes — and they will again be holding online classes on Thursday, Dec. 3. 

The two-day virtual learning schedule will give more time for the school to complete repairs and clean-up and ensure that students are coming into a school that is clean, sanitary, and conducive to learning.  

It’s expected that in-person learning will continue on Monday, Dec. 7.

Canyons District and Jordan Valley thank families in advance for their patience and cooperation as the faculty and staff deal with the issue at the school.
